Received our wine opener today, fantastic product, exceeding expectations. The communication was great, didn’t realise personalised engraving was available. Which was a nice touch for a present. Was also impressed with the delivery time. All in all a great product and easy process. Will definitely be back.
Amazing quality for the Osalia table knives dyed bone handle set. Substantial weight for the knife, very comfortable handling. Most important of all, adding the elegance to the dining table.
This is an amazing tool AND piece of art. I was able to personally choose from a dozen. Also got free engraving and a suede leather pouch. The tool is heavier than it looks which reflects its excellence in quality. The knife is also quite sharp and functional.

From the very beginning when I contacted Forge de Laguiole that you were their only customer, polite and curteous exchange and focused on you requirement. I selected a Deer Antir Handle and I asked to see variations of what Deer Antler pieces were available. They contacted the company in France and the next day by email I had options to choice from. This servbise is hard to find these days but not with Forge de Laguiole. Furthermore, my piece arrived within days from France and was hand delivered by Rachel in a beautiful carry bag and complete with a beautiful presentation box and leather pouch.
