Christian Ghion, known for his minimalist yet deeply expressive designs, created this knife with the intention of elevating the dining experience at home and in the finest gastronomy settings. As Ghion puts it, “I imagined this knife to 'serve' the table at home as well as in gastronomy.” From the side, it retains the signature sharp, flawless Forge de Laguiole blade, while from above, it evokes the rounded lines of traditional French cutlery, symbolizing the country’s revered "Art de la table."
